What's Included:

• Insurance: We provide certificates of insurance for no additional charge if your building requires them. Just let us know at least 3 business days before the shoot.
• Easy scheduling: It can be hard to organize a large photoshoot for multiple people, but we'll take some of the load off by making the process streamlined with our online scheduling system. We'll also send out information on what to wear and how to prep for everyone getting photos done.
• Full usage rights: After the shoot you'll have full usage rights to all the images, meaning you can use them in any manner or post them publicly anywhere you need.
• Perfectly matching specs: If you have other photos that need to be matched, it's no problem. Just let us know we'll take a look to confirm whether it's doable beforehand. Once we confirm, the photos will be guaranteed to match exactly.
• Image formatting: You'll receive high-resolution finalized images that can be converted into any size or format you need for no extra charge.
• Data security & backup: After all shoots we retain the images for two years in a secure backup server. If you need access to your photos during that two year time frame for any reason, just let us know and we can resend the link.
• Quick turnaround: Group shoot proofs are sent back to you within 48 hours of the shoot (this can be expedited if necessary), and group retouch requests are typically completed within 3-5 days (can also be expedited if needed).
• Easy shoots for new actors: After the session, you might want to send new students to our studio for matching shots. We can confirm a fixed rate and perfectly matching specs for all future individual photoshoots. Invoices are typically sent monthly.
